Our long-awaited Cooper Vineyard Barbera will not disappoint!  This medium to full bodied beauty has a rich, full nose exhibiting aromas of dark cherries, cassis, and sweet chocolate.  There are undertones of lavender, licorice root, and wild plums.  This extremely balanced wine has a long, smooth finish and nice acidity which makes it the perfect food wine.  Enjoy this Italian varietal with Veal Parmesan, Rib Eye Steak with Gorgonzola, and other Classic Italian Favorites.
